1) Welcome

Welcome to vmart (“we,” “us,” or “our”). When you sign up, browse, or place an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2) Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and shop with us.
• Keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.

3) Shopping & Payment

• Add items to your cart, choose a delivery address and time slot, and pay securely online.
• Prices shown include applicable taxes unless we say otherwise.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is successful.

4) Delivery

• We deliver to the address and within the delivery slot you select at checkout.
• We aim to be on time, but delays can happen due to traffic, weather, or other events outside our control.
• If you’re not available, we may leave the order at your door (at your risk) or reschedule delivery, which may include extra charges.

5) Returns & Refunds

Returns can be made at our supermarket in Davy Hill within two days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Perishable items (like fresh produce, meat, or dairy) can’t be returned unless they were delivered damaged or expired.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within five business days after we process the return.
• Please bring your order confirmation or receipt when returning items.

6) Using Our Website

Please use our website fairly. Don’t try to disrupt, interfere with, or misuse our services. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7) Our Responsibility

We work hard to provide a reliable service, but we can’t promise everything will always be perfect. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of our services is limited to the value of the order involved.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.

9) Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Montserrat.
