Delivery to Montserrat

Exchange & Cancellation Policy

1) Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order up to 12 hours before your selected delivery slot.
  • To cancel, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible and include your order number.
  • If the order has already been prepared or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel; normal return rules will apply.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

2) Exchanges

  • Eligible items may be exchanged at Victor's Supermarket, Davy Hill, St. John's, Montserrat, MSR1210 within 2 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with a receipt or order confirmation.
  • Perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, meat, dairy, frozen foods) cannot be exchanged unless delivered damaged, expired at delivery, or supplied in error.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.

3) Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or expired item, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
  • We may request photos to help us investigate quickly.

4) Non-Exchangeable & Non-Cancellable Items

  • Perishable goods (fresh or frozen food), unless faulty on delivery.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Orders that have already been delivered (cancellations no longer apply; see Returns/Exchanges).

5) How to Request an Exchange or Cancellation

  • Email us at support@vmart.ms or visit Victor's Supermarket, Davy Hill, St. John's, Montserrat, MSR1210.
  • Provide your order confirmation or receipt and a brief description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and let you know the next steps.

6) Updates to This Policy

We may update this Exchange & Cancellation Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date.
