Return Policy

1) General Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items to Victor's Supermarket, Davy Hill, St. John's, Montserrat, MSR1210 within 2 days of purchase. This policy applies to orders placed on vmart.ms.
Please bring your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.
2) Items That Can Be Returned
- Non-perishable items (e.g., packaged goods, canned food, household products) may be returned if they are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging
3) Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Perishable or temperature-sensitive items (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meat, frozen foods) unless they were delivered damaged, expired at delivery, or incorrectly supplied.
- Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging (for health and safety reasons).
4) Damaged, Expired, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We may ask for photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
5) Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after we process the return.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6) Exchanges
Where possible, you may exchange eligible returned items for the same product. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of processing.
7) How to Return Items
- Bring the item(s) and your order confirmation/receipt to Victor's Supermarket, Davy Hill, St. John's, Montserrat, MSR1210.
- Our team will review the item(s) and process a refund or exchange where applicable.
